At TheBaggsy, your satisfaction is important to us. If you're not happy with your purchase, here's how we handle returns and refunds:

Refunds for Physical Products

• Returns accepted within 14 days of receipt

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in sellable condition

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (unless item is faulty or incorrect)

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection

Refunds for Digital Products & Downloads

• No refunds once access or download has occurred

• If there’s a technical issue, we’re here to help

Refunds for Services

• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the appointment

• Late cancellations or no-shows may not be eligible for a refund

Exceptions

• Personalized or custom items are non-refundable

• TheBaggsy reserves the right to refuse refunds in cases of abuse
